Shocker of a day weather wise yesterday in Glen Innes with chilly wind, consistent rain and the 25 and 50 metre ranges waterlogged.
Certainly not a day for live fire matches on those ranges.
Charles did undertake some load testing but did not stay on the range too long.
Kaylene, Bob and Wayne adjourned to the Air Range (a much more inviting environment for the day) with Bob and Kaylene contesting an Air Pistol Match and Wayne a Bench rest Air Rifle Match.
Next week, Matches of the day are Rapid Fire and 25 Metre Black Powder on the NSW Bank Holiday long weekend.
The following weekend is the Annual General Meeting and a working bee to clear a number of trees causing some concern around our buildings.
