A wonderful roll up at the club today with a total of 16 members in attendance.

The persistent rain all day did not dampen any enthusiasm of the contestants.

Two partial Air Matches as practice matches, 2 full Air Matches and 8 Standard Pistol Matches were contested before lunch with 8 other members attending for the Committee meeting held immediately after Lunch catered for by Kerri.

Members will be contesting Centre Fire/Sports Pistol next Saturday commencing at 1 pm and, as always, the Air Range will be open for those members wishing to contest an Air Match.

Another great day yesterday in mild but pleasant conditions following the Easter break from competition.

Three members contested an Air Pistol Match before Lunch while Bob assembled his prototype of a new mobile baffle, which when refined and completed, will enable members to return to shooting the popular Service Pistol Group of matches.

After Lunch, Charles and Ralph provided additional assistance on the baffle prototype while 4 members contested a Sport Pistol Match with Wayne acting as Range Officer.

Highlights for the competition were Dick recording a Personal Best in Air Pistol and Kaylene recording a Personal Best in Ladies Sport Pistol.

Match of the day next weekend will be Standard Pistol commencing immediately after a Committee Meeting which hopefully will get underway at 12.30 pm
