Work continued last weekend on the final stage of the Air Range upgrade with the weather damaged lining at the Target Line removed on Saturday (The welcome rain prevented us from removing the old roofing iron over the firing) by four members.
The rain had cleared by Sunday morning and work commenced shortly after 8 am with 5 members removing all the old roofing iron over the firing line and installing the roof mesh, roof blanket and new colour bond on that portion of the roof and the upright cladding linking the 2 new sections of the roof. The flashing was installed just on dark seeing the building now weatherproof.
Work will continue over coming weeks to totally complete the project
