The working bee on 27th May went well with the dead tree in the top car park fell neatly between the Club House and the Carpark railing, sawn up, loaded into trailers and removed from site with the small sticks and bark remaining raked into heaps and burnt leaving the area neat and clean.
The problematic tree in the bottom carpark which was well on the way to dying and was full of mistletoe was also fallen so that the majority of the tree fell over the bank and out of the way. The remaining tree trunk has been cut into sections for removal in due course. Yesterday saw another small group of 5 members meet with Member for Northern Tablelands, Adam Marshall, to discuss our recent Range Inspection as well as view the recently installed Defibrillators. Before the Lunch Break, Rick and Wayne contested 3 matches each of the 48 shot WA 1500 matches with the best scores from each match (Revolver and Pistol) recorded on the results page of this site. After the Lunch break, Jason and Trevor contested a Standard Pistol Match with scores also recorded on the results page. |
