Further heavy rain last night deterred a number of other members from attending as the ranges have been so wet the last two months and even a small amount of rain makes uncomfortable under foot. Hopefully, the ranges will dry out as we progress into summer.
Three members and one regular visitor attended the club today and contested the Centre Fire Match. Our regular Visitor used the match to dispose of some hefty loads in his Thompson Contender and one member chose not to record his score. Scores have been updated on the results page.

Due to ongoing electrical problems, which have resulted in a loss of power to the Club House, Ranges, water pump and Compressor, The Committee have closed the Club facilities this weekend.
Our friendly Electrician will be looking into the problem as soon as it fits into his busy schedule and we fully expect to have power restored and be able to continue to operate on the weekend of 29th and 30th October, 2016 with Centre Fire and Sport Pistol being the matches of the day Scores for 5th, 12th & 15th October have now been added to the site.
Club Pistols will not be available next weekend as I will be on Referee Council duties but I am looking to organise someone to run Saturdays event The scheduled match was Service Pistol but until we are able to construct baffles to comply with Firearms requirements, we are not able to shoot that Match. As it was Centre Fire/ Sports Pistol yesterday and is to be Centre Fire/Sports Pistol on 29th, I anticipate Standard Pistol to be the Match of the day Recent Scores have been updated on the site and future Scores will be updated on a regular basis. I have now taken over administration of the site from Rick. If any member wishes to have something added to the site, please contact me by phone to discuss or email me through the Club's email address Our recent Open was a great success in spite of the water logged grounds and persistent rain on Sunday. Some excellent scores were returned with new shooter Georgia Barden again excelling and winning the Ladies 3 match aggregate by a significant margin and Nathan Blackburn winning both Junior and Men's 5 match aggregate.
