Last Saturday saw 7 members attend the Club with Charles delivering a further 22 concrete blocks for the replacement retaining wall, 5 members contesting a Standard Pistol Match, one member taking on a new member (James) for his Safety Training Course. James was going so well and ended up shooting a very respectable Air Pistol Score of 436/600 for his first ever attempt at firing a pistol.
Tracey also showed great improvement in Standard Pistol shooting a Personal best score by 10 points and having her handicap suitably reduced for future events.
We also had a visit from a person who was a member of the club when it relocated to the present site and left about 20 years ago. Bill is looking at re-joining the Club in a month or so and getting back into the sport he enjoyed for many years.
It is leasing to see so many new and potential new members contacting the club with the majority proceeding to join the club
