After much "mucking around" I have now been able to unlock the Club Email Account which has been "locked since late January.
Originally, it appeared to have been hacked with all the ":Security" messages coming from Google but in the end that was not the case. When you find a Computer Serviceman who knows what he is talking about, the fix took a whole 5 minutes and the problem was caused by Google insisting on having two part verification to log in which upset the whole process and appears to have confused Google and Gmail. The two part verification was turned off, the email password changed and the Club email now appears to be working
As far as I can tell, forms lodged direct from this website will now come through on the Club email account
