Last saturday was such a nice day we decided to have a practice and training session which commenced a bit after 11am.
During the training session Club President Rick Bowen and Club Captain Jan Bowen imparted some of their knowledge and experience to some of us up and coming future Olympic hopefuls. We all learnt valuable lessons and were left with a lot of food for thought. I for one am looking forward to the next one.
We then retired for lunch.
After lunch we shot a Centre Fire/Sports match.

Next week is Rapid and as always visitors are most welcome.
