When I arrived the Bowens were finishing up a Service Pistol match and lamenting a few hiccups that had occured throughout the match (zeros).
After lunch everybody shot either Centre Fire or Sports Pistol.
T.J Dennis, one of the visitors from Tamworth shot quite well taking first place in Centre Fire.
Sabine Bosse, the other visitor from Tamworth and a relative new comer to the sport also shot well and took out second place in Ladies Sports.
Charles Capel shot a solitary standard match.
At this point I would like to give an extra special big thanks to Ron Reed for his tireless efforts for the club. Week in and week out he is there mowing and doing general maintenance on the grounds as well as being the first to arrive to unlock the gates and the last to leave. Who knows where we would be without Ron.
Jason and Kerri Tom also put in another sterling effort in the club house renovating and painting and the place looks great as a result. Due to theirs and others efforts the upcoming Open Shoot looks to be one of the best yet.
Sabine Bosse expressed an interest in attending and we hope to see her there in February. T.J said he couldn't make February but has cleared his calender for our September Open.

Next week is Rapid Fire.
